About the business
Fabiano is a company with many years of experience in retailing men’s and women’s shoes and bags.
They have developed physical stores and an online store.
We started working with the online store Fabiano.bg at the beginning of 2023.
Until then, the client had been advertising on Google Ads, but without satisfactory results.
The challenge: The client needed to optimise its digital marketing, drive more orders through its online store and improve its return on spend. On the following pages, you can read about the results we achieved and how we did it.
What We Did
We started with a detailed introduction to the business and the products on offer.
We then analysed previous results, studied the competition in detail, determined the strategy to be followed and began preparing the Google Ads campaigns.
We also advised the client to migrate to a new platform, with the aim of increasing sales and improving user navigation and experience on the site.
With our help and guidance, the site moved from Joomla to Merchant Pro in March 2023.

We started with test campaigns, analysed customer behaviour, tracked how different types of campaigns performed and what results we achieved with them.
We then focused on the campaigns that worked best for the business and delivered the best results.

By using different ad formats and optimising to build on the results, we have been able to increase sales and revenue, reduce cost per order and increase ROAS many times over.
Comparing on a period basis 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024, these are the results we achieved:
Increase in sales by 79.03%
Increase in turnover by 126.36%
Increase in ROAS by 71.67%
We reduced the cost per order by 36.66%
In the advertising account we use the following ad formats. We analyse the data we receive, create new audiences to reach more people and regularly optimise based on the results.
