What We Did
In April 2020, Coffeespot.bg, in collaboration with digital agency SEOMAX, launched campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook to increase their revenue, the number of orders and traffic to the site. The results include a significant increase in clicks, impressions and return on advertising investment.

The flexible budget allowed us to scale the business to where it is today. Coffeespot helped us test different ad formats until we found the right strategy, which allowed us to scale results quickly.
What did we do with Google Ads to achieve our goals? As soon as we launched the first campaigns, we started analysing customer behaviour, the audiences that were interested, our products and, most importantly, the user journey. We ran tests on different categories and sub-categories. We then took the best from these tests and analyses. But we didn’t stop there.
To this day, we have not stopped testing and adapting to new improvements in the Google advertising platform. Everything is very dynamic and there is always something new to test. We are testing and actively working with formats such as Search, Performance Max, Dynamic and Display.

*The period includes the Black Friday campaign During the period November 2023 there were 4 active campaigns, 7 ad groups and 15 ads in the Google ads account.
In November 2024 there were 6 active campaigns, 14 ad groups and 19 ads in the Google Ads account.
